Stone Coat Bonding Primer & Sealer is recommended for all smooth surfaces prior to application of Epoxy Undercoat. It produces an exceptional bonding performance to give you added confidence that your surface is prepped for maximum adhesion.
This product replaces the XIM UMA Primer as seen in many previous Stone Coat videos.
- Premium Acrylic Epoxy Hybrid Resin.
- Primer for smooth slick surfaces like laminate, granite quartz and solid surfaces.
- Creates a chemical bond with the surface.
- Compatible with all top coat paints.
- Low Odour, Low VOCs.
- High Humidity – Low Temp application.
Quick Guide Instructions
- Clean all paintable surfaces to be free of dirt, dust, oil, grease, wax, and other contaminants. Rinse and allow surface to dry completely.
- Stir thoroughly before use. Do not thin. If necessary, use a small amount of clean tap water. Do not use solvent to thin.
- Apply using nylon or synthetic brush, pad, roller, or spray. Do not apply when surface temperatures are below 7 degrees Celcius or when temperatures are expected to drop below this within 24 hours. Keep product from freezing.
- For cleanup, remove all paint spatters, and wash all brushes and equipment immediately with warm soapy water. Follow with a clear rinse.
